Terms and Conditions nd99 — Malaysia Digital Entertainment Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the nd99 platform, including the nd99.org website, the nd99 mobile app for Android and iOS, and all services offered through those channels.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on nd99, you expressly and voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms and all other policies referenced herein, including nd99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

These Terms take effect from the date of your account registration and continue to apply for as long as your account remains active on the nd99 platform.

To register and use the nd99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not an individual who has self-excluded or been prohibited from gambling activities for any reason.
• Not registering on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
• Never had an nd99 account previously terminated due to a terms violation.

Nd99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.

Every nd99 member is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Opening a second or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether a different name, phone number, email address, or device is used.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process at nd99 involves:

• Phone number verification via OTP during registration.
• Submission of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport copy for identity verification.
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• In certain cases, nd99 may request additional documents such as a bank statement or proof of address.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same member's name.
• All bonus rollover requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method.
• Nd99 reserves the right to request additional KYC verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

Nd99 offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all nd99 bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is only available for new registrations and can only be claimed once.
• Each bonus has a minimum rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover rates typically range from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated in the relevant game terms.
• Nd99 reserves the right to suspend any match or game suspected of involving manipulation.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Nd99 expects all members to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully on the platform. The following are strictly prohibited at nd99:

• Using the nd99 platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
• Using third-party software to automate gameplay or betting.
• Abusing the promotions system through multiple account registrations or the use of false information.
• Harassing, threatening, or humiliating nd99 support staff or other members.
• Attempts to hack, damage, or disrupt nd99's technical systems.

Nd99 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or termination, against any member who violates these rules, without prior notice.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and nd99. nd99 provides high-grade security infrastructure including end-to-end encryption, optional two-factor authentication (2FA), and automated monitoring for unusual activity.

As a member, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your nd99 account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Choosing a strong password and changing it regularly.
• Ensuring you log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Report to nd99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Keeping your contact information (email and phone number) up to date so that security notifications can be received.

Nd99 is committed to protecting the personal data of all its members in accordance with international data protection standards. Personal information you provide to nd99 during registration and platform use is used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and the required KYC process.
• Processing of deposits and financial withdrawals.
• Sending important notifications related to accounts and promotions.
• Improving user experience based on anonymised usage behaviour.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Nd99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• At the member's own request for voluntary closure.
• At the request of the relevant authorities.

In the event of termination at the member's own request, any valid remaining funds will be returned after the verification process is complete, provided there is no outstanding bonus rollover balance. Termination due to a terms violation may result in a temporary freeze of funds while an investigation is conducted.

Members whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not permitted to re-register at nd99 using a different identity or information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, nd99 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of game outcomes or wagering decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond nd99's control, such as natural disasters, telecommunications system outages, or actions by authorities.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Deposit or withdrawal processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Nd99 will make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates without interruption, but does not provide an absolute guarantee of platform availability at all times.

Nd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements.

When material amendments are made, nd99 will:

• Sending notifications via the member's registered email at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
• Displaying a clear notice on the nd99 platform's main page.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the nd99 platform after the effective date of any amended terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
